Each property owner has different opinions about pets. So each property has its own pet policy and pet fees based. Some property owners love dogs but aren't fond of giraffes. Some properties have size, breed, or quantity of pets per the city or HOA.

Each additional pet is subject to additional pet deposits and fees. Pet Deposit is 20% of one month's rent and Pet Rent is $25 to $45/mo.

If you are interested in getting a pet or adding another pet, please follow these steps.

Steps For Approving A Pet or Animal.

  1. Review Animal Rules: Including Type/Breed, which generally covers breed restrictions, monthly pet fees, and other important details for your review.

  2. Contact Nestwell at help@nestwell.com and give us the details on the pet you are considering. Be sure to include the type, size, and age of the pet. We will reach out to the property owner to see if they are open to allowing a pet.

  3. Once we receive written confirmation from the property owner we will ask you to, please complete the Pet Screening Profile. The pet application fee is $20 for the first pet, $15 for each additional pet, and $0 for assistance animal accommodation requests.

  4. Once The Pet Screening Profile is complete and approved, Nestwell will send you the Pet Addendum via DocuSign altering granting you permission to have your furry friend join you in your home.

  5. Pay applicable Pet Deposits and Pet Rent on your Resident Portal.

Please do not allow any additional or new pets or animals on the property without prior written permission. Unauthorized animals are subject to fines, legal notices, and even eviction.
