If you no longer have a pet in the home and a Nestwell representative has confirmed this, we will follow the terms of the animal agreement you signed for the pet. The additional deposit that was paid for the pet will continue to be held until the end of tenancy and will be treated like all other deposits, but you will not need to pay future pet rent.
