State law provides that Nestwell has 30 days after the resident has vacated, returned all the keys, and provided a forwarding address to send a "Security Deposit Settlement" statement to. The security deposit disposition, along with any refund, will be mailed out on or close to the 30th day to ensure we have covered everything necessary in accordiance with the Rental Agreement.
