We pay separate payments. Why isn't the system letting us make another payment?

Our system allows only one pending online payment per resident portal at a time. The initial payment must first clear before a second payment may be made. You may use different payment forms (mail a check, cashier's check, or money order to our office or leave it in our dropbox). If you are going to make more than one payment, you are responsible for timing it so that all payments are in on time.
