If you know you will not be able to pay rent on time, please contact our office as soon as possible to make payment arrangements. You must make payment arrangements to avoid eviction and being locked out. Once payment arrangements are made, late fees and legal notice of late payment wil still be charged and served, but we may be able to extend the amount of time you will have to pay rent. If you do not follow through with the agreed upon payment arrangements, further legal action may be taken.
