We make payments easy. Simply log into your tenant portal and activate one of the following payment solutions:
Under My Payments, make a one-time online payment, set up a recurring payment, or
Select RentMoney to generate a voucher that will allow you to make a cash payment at Walmart and other retailers near you.
Plus, the portal is equipped with top security and encryption technologies to protect your personal information and online transactions.
Please note: There is a processing fee for credit and debit cards of 2.95% of one month's rent, i.e., not including other fees and variable expenses such as utilities that may not appear on the lease. We recommend using the echeck option. This is a direct deposit from your bank account. There is no processing fee for echecks.
If for some reason you are unable to pay online, you may also pay rent by check, chashier's check, or money order by leaving it in the dropbox outside our office or by mailing it to our office (8813 S Redwood Rd Ste D1, West Jordan, UT 84088). Whatever method you use to pay rent, we must have the rent in hand by 5 pm on the 5th of the month to avoid late fees.
