Thank you for your question regarding your malfunctioning showerhead. Generally, when a shower head stops flowing as well as it did previously it's because mineral deposits in the water have clogged the showerhead.

In the event cleaning the showerhead does not fix the problem, please reach out to our maintenance team and we will be happy to assist you.

Please be aware, in the event a vendor is dispatched to attend to the issue at hand, and it's found the shower head was not cleaned, charges associated with the vendor's visit will be applied to your account in the month following.
