There are many different variables that can cause a remote to malfunction. The most common variables are dead or dying batteries and an accidental connection with a neighbor's remote/poor connectivity between your remote and the garage door opener.

In the event changing the batteries does not resolve the issue try searching for the article detailing how to reset your remote so it will improve the connection between it and the garage door opener.

Please be aware, in the event a vendor is required to tend to the issue, and it's found that your garage door is malfunctioning due to one of the above-listed variables, costs associated with a trip fee, and the repairs will be added to your tenant ledger.
