Thank you for your question regarding your malfunctioning refrigerator. Generally, when a formerly efficient refrigerator begins to be less efficient it's because the condenser coils need to be cleaned

The following video will show you how to access your condenser coils, and how to clean them to ensure your refrigerator is running as efficiently as possible:

In the event cleaning the condenser coils does not fix the problem, please reach out to our maintenance team and we will be happy to assist you.

Please be aware, in the event a vendor is dispatched to attend to the issue at hand, and it's found the coils were not cleaned, charges associated with the vendor's visit will be applied to your account in the month following.
