Please be aware, your lease states "All costs relation to resolution of any pest problem shall be the responsibility of the resident". This is on page 6 of your lease under the paragraph heading "Pests". As a result any resolution to this issue will be your responsibility to accomplish.

You are welcome to ask Nestwell Property Management for our recommendations on liscenced professionals who can complete the work for you, or you can elect to do it yourself.
