Please be aware, your lease states "All costs related to resolution of any pest problem shall be the responsibility of the resident". This is on page 6 of your lease under the paragraph heading "Pests". As a result any resolution to this issue will be your responsibility to accomplish. Because wasps are dangerous we do not recommend you attempt to remove the nest yourself. Please ask Nestwell Property Management for our recommendations on licensed professionals who can complete the work for you.
