We understand that life is busy. However, it is imperative for us to allow our vendors to complete repairs during business hours. When we receive a maintenance request, the first contact is from the vendor, who will attempt to schedule a time with you. If you are unable to be home during business hours, we will arrange with the vendor to get a key and give notice for when they will be entering the property.
I work during regular business hours. Can vendors do repairs after hours so I can be home?
