Hi!

Welcome to Nestwell Property Managements 24/7 DIY Maintenance Center. Thank you for your question about your slow drains

Bathroom and kitchen drains will occasionally have build-up in the pea trap/drain from hair, soap scum, skin, and other stuff. This build up occurs due to routine use, so this is something that will occasionally need tending to.

There is a tool you can buy on Amazon or a local hardware store that will help snake the drain free of the debris. https://www.amazon.com/Vastar-Drain-Snake-Remover-Cleaning/dp/B01DP87IF8/ref=sr_1_4?keywords=drain+snake&qid=1570054669&sr=8-4.

You can use that tool, and the video provided here to clear the drains:

If that doesn't work, please let us know. We're happy to send a plumber to clear the lines, but if there is hair present, or foreign objects, you will be responsible for the service call, which ranges from $65 to $100.

Thank you!
