If your heating or air conditioning is giving you problems, and you have an Edge thermostat, please watch the following video for programming tips on your thermostat.

In the event reprogramming the thermostat does not resolve the issue, you may need to reset the furnace breakers, change the furnace filter, check with Dominion energy to see if there have been disruptions to the gas service in your area, or simply turn the furnace off and back on again. Please search for terms pertaining to these issues.

Please be aware, in the event a vendor is required to tend to the issue, and it's found that your furnace is malfunctioning due to one of the above-listed variables, costs associated with a trip fee, and the repairs will be added to your tenant ledger.
