What Is The Leasing Fee?

Sometimes called New Tenant Placement Fee, The Leasing Fee is charged each time Nestwell places a new tenant.

The Leasing Fee ranges from 39% to 100% of the first month's rent depending on your package and charged each time a new tenant is placed in your home. The Leasing Fee is not charged when an existing tenant renews their lease with Nestwell.
