Zillow changed the rules on us early in 2020. They are now charging for all rental listings to be posted on their site (this has always been free in the past). That is not included in the management agreement. As of now, we will give you the option if you would like to list on Zillow and pay for the listing or not. The market rate Zillow charges are about $40/month. However, we have worked hard to negotiate special pricing for our listings. The cost is $30/mo the property is listed on the Zillow Group.
We will advertise your rental(s) on the Zillow Group with a charge of $30/month (while the property is listed for rent) unless you complete the form to opt-out. The link to the form is at the bottom of this article. If you decide to opt-out at this time, you can let us know if you want to add Zillow to the listing sites at any time by letting us know at support@nestwell.com.
We have other very good lead sources as our leads syndicate to many other sites like Rentler.com, Facebook marketplace, Zumper.com, Realtor.com, Apartments.com and others. However, in the past year, about 49% of our leads have come from the Zillow group, so many properties are getting more leads and renting faster if listed on the Zillow Group in addition with the other rental listing sites.
