Clients with good credit / income / references will be approved at the security deposit amount published in the advertised listing. Those with less than perfect credit may be approved at up to a double security deposit.

Applicants with a combined score of less than 500 will be denied.

We will be unable to give you any sort of verbal approval without first reviewing the entire rental application.

What if I have a bankruptcy?

An active bankruptcy or one that has not been discharged for at least 6 months is an automatic disqualification. A discharged bankruptcy from 6 months to 4 years may be considered with additional deposits.

Do you rent to people who have filed bankruptcy?

We cannot work with someone who has an open bankruptcy.  A bankruptcy must be discharged prior to your application in order to be considered for qualification.
