Nestwell Property Management follows specific high degree of standards which is the service standard all property owners, tenants, and all others can expect of each member of the Nestwell Tribe.

TRIBE:

We work together for the greater good of our organization and for the communities we serve.

Expectations:

You can expect fair and honest expectations when dealing with a our Tribe. We provide each client and customer an honest expectation of when a task can be completed, and we do all that we can to meet that expectation and communicate when an extension is needed.

Professionalism:

Our Team is comprised of professional property management experts. We have years of experience that helps lead us through the ups and downs of the management process. Each Tribe member is kind and professional in their dealings with each other, clients, and the community.  When speaking and working with our tribe, you can expect to be treated with respect by someone who understands the art of managing rental property and how to find solutions to complex situations. We only hire professionals and staff we would feel comfortable managing our properties (which they do) and representing our company.  This comes with a high level of professionalism and customer service based on the principles taught byour Principal Broker and Owner, and others.

Communication:

We strive to respond timely to clients, customers, and each other. Communicating clearly to manage expectations with a sense of urgency and understanding. When a serious discussion needs to take place, or a situation is escalated, we are diligent in moving these discussions away from email to avoid miscommunicated emotions.

Empathy/Patience:

Nestwell takes pride in respectfully understanding our property owners, and tenants; expressing sympathy, and acknowledging the needs of both.

Ownership:

We own our results and take responsibility for our actions, never making excuses, and never pointing fingers at anyone but ourselves.

Education & Training:

We are a Tribe of continual learning and development both as industry professionals and as individuals.  We read, study, and discuss books and teachings from great leaders of business and philosophy.  We not only learn the art of effective property management, but of how to lead better lives, give back, and treat all with whom we associate with greatness. You can expect the most knowledgeable and trained team of property managers in the business.  Our team receives in-depth training on a continual basis through weekly property management training, monthly NARPM meetings, regular legal trainings from our legal team, market research and data training sessions, and best practice workshops.

Highly Trained Experts:

Rather than waiting for one person to be available when you have a question  we have a team of experts ready to help in each department. We have experts in accounting, leasing, and maintenance to your questions answered. You can expect to have an entire team at the ready for your account who oversees the entire management process.  Everyone is charged with the task of taking care of you and your property. This allows for far greater oversight and consistency amongst everyone on your Tribe.

Nestwell Boost

Over the years we have come to understand that the more we give back to the great world we live in and people we live by, the happier we are and the more fulfilling our work can be.  As we serve others, we grow as individuals and as a company.  Nestwell Boost is the service arm of our company.  Through this we serve at Festival of Trees, Builders Without Borders, Candy Cane Corner, and other humanitarian projects involving ophanganges and housing those in need.
